The worst employee we ever meet in two decades of travelling was in the train from Vienna to Budapest on December 30 of 2022 and departure time from Vienna 17:27.
This lady <> iqos from our business cabin and when we told her that we didn’t smoke and that we never smoke in front of our children she came with force in to the cabin not one time but two times and screaming like crazy till we admit that we smoke.Our little girl start crying and she didn’t stop not even then .She screaming that because we had the iqos out of our bag and the normal cigarettes as well we smoke and we telling lies to her.
There is no serious company in all Europe , U.S that we visit and has an employee like this woman.
She disrespected our words our familly the rest passengers and of course her colleagues.
Not enough words to describe how stupid we felt and pay for the business cabin this huge amount and as a return we take this crazy woman to screaming!!!really awful experience!!! If you have other option to move by train in this area make it for sure!!!!!
