River Camp Bara

really beautiful location, right next to a freezing cold stream, a quick drive to the beautiful city mostar and a 10mins walk to the monastery. the owner is really nice and uncomplicated and the camp feels really homey, since it’s pretty small. sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. would definitely stay there again, also really cheap, we paid 35mark a night (including electricity). in the evening hours it gets a little obnoxious because of the mosquitos, but we didn’t have a problem at night, maybe bring a spray with you.
little warning: be aware of food thieves. a white cat stole our burek out of the car;)

Quiet little place directly near Buna River. Only thing you will hear is the strong flow of fresh water...
All facilities you need are there and the owner is very supportive. He also provides one of the best WiFi connections I've ever experianced on a camp site - and don' t forget while watching Youtube videos in perfect quality: You are in the middle of pure nature :-)

Camp bara is a calm and beautiful camping. Toilet and shower were clean, the communal area is amazing (inside a cave!) and we grilled fish directly on the river coast.Tarik it's a very kind owner, it's like a friend. We'll come back surely!

We had a wonderful stay with Tarik at his lovely campsite in early October. Blagaj is beautiful and this campsite is very accessible - you can catch the local bus from Mostar or take a super cheap taxi. There were enough restaurants to keep us happy, plus the kitchen is great - with a gas stove and we even made a BBQ one night. Tarik was super friendly - checking in on us each day and picking fresh pomegranate for us! The camp is right on the river and is very peaceful. The bathrooms were nice and there was even an overhanging cliff area to sit under (good if it rains I guess, but we had great weather). There is plenty to do in the area, like visiting the fort or the dervish house. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Super camp bikers friendly.Good price. Nice owner, who is biker himself. Clean, WiFi, hot water, quiet [ not counting the river:-) ] 100% reccomendation !!!

Peaceful place and friendly host. Fully recommend. 30 KM for 2 adult+car+tent. Toilet & electricity. Good base to visit Mostar, Medziugorie, Kravica waterfalls

Love the location of camp. When you are in River Camp Bara, it feels like you are miles away from civilization, in reality, you are 2 minutes on foot from Post office, shop, bars, restaurants and what not.

I have already recommended Camp Bara to Jim and Tara and they loved it. Hope to see you guys again soon!

Great place for vacation. Beautiful river Buna flows just by the camp, and only few minutes by walk from there you have ATM, Post Office, shops, Cafes, Restaurants, bus station...

Absolutely truely lovely place to stay when in Blagaj. River breeze to cool You all day and night, shaded ground place to set Your tent when it's hot outside, good toilets and a cheerfull owner with his heart on his hand. Close to shops, kafanas but still like it was the end of the world. What would You even desire more? ;)

Mały kemping, zacieniony, na brzegu rzeki Buna. 2 toalety i 1 prysznic. Spacerkiem można dojść do Klasztoru Derwiszów.

Przyjemne miejsce nad rzeką. Byliśmy tu w 6 osób na motorach. Motocykliści mają zniżki. Kąpiel w zimnej rzece była zbawieniem w tym sierpniowy upale. Blisko sklep i przystanek autobusowy, z którego ruszyliśmy rano zwiedzać Mostar. W miejscowości słynny klasztor derwiszów.
