At the counter a lovely young lass asked our phone number.
When given she informed me that i had 3 accounts in their system.
After completing our purchase she asked me to write ✍ down my name and number as she was going to ring on my behalf and correct the triple up.
To my surprise a short while later i got a call from her to say that all was fixed.
Well done young lady you're a credit to the company

Shopped here several times. Phoned ahead on occasion to ensure the product I required was available. Staff always super friendly, good variety on offer and product easy to find.

Found that Sheree was more than helpful on my first outing to the new store at plainlands .

Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Well stocked store. Lots of accessible parking .

Has what you need but so expensive! I'll stick to buying my cat food from Pet Circle online and my horse food locally

Went there today. Some fish looked sick or dead & the staff just ignored us & couldn't be bothered to attend to us even though there was hardly anyone in the store. Go to this store at your perril. Discussing , NO Customer service at all.....
