Have to agree with Trent. Water was not even Luke warm, and dryer blew cold air. Disappointed that this wasn’t up to the expected standard for an OTR.

First time user. Liked the concept however the water is more cold than warm. Also blow dryer only blew cold air. My poor dog was shaking as it is winter. 5 minutes of "drying" and she is still wet. A passerby asked me if the air was warm or cold. She then told me this one has been cold for a long time. Choose another site and save your money.
