It's not often that you encounter a high level of service when shopping, however we experienced this on the weekend when my mum and I went into this beautiful shop. We both loved what we bought and the assistant went more than the 'extra mile' by selling to my mum an item in the shop which wasn't actually for sale but my mum really wanted it. Thankyou for your kindness for doing that. I highly recommend this shop for the service and gorgeous items.

Your shop was beautiful but you were horrible, stuck up people. If you treat all your costumers like you treated me im suprised your still in business. I was visiting from the barossa valley and you judged me and called me rude for not making eye contact with you. Not evey shopper wants to make small talk.

An incredibly over priced store. Incense that costs maximum $2 in every other store costs $4 here and the sticks were all broken. I went in to advise of this and the lady at the desk advised me I can go and buy insense somewhere else if I have a problem with it.
Disgusting attitude for a customer service business to have. I’ve grown up in semaphore and this kind of attitude in our community environment is unwelcome. Do better.
