Just wanted to compliment Indra from this store, for his pleasant and friendly personality towards customers. A true asset to your organisation. I hope he is promoted to a higher role, than he has at the moment.

On Saturday at self serve, Jacob came over to me to tell me about the current promo, helped me find how many points I had on my receipt and then helped me put through my chosen item. I wouldn't have known about the promo without him. He also showed me how to use the app instead of my rewards card that's falling apart. Nice to have such great customer service, he's an asset to woolies.

This evening, I shopped and then withdrew money at the self service checkouts. Not concentrating, as one should, I didn't pick up the $60 cash I had withdrawn and did not notice this until I had returned to my car.
I went back to the store, not expecting to find it. As I walked in the young lady so efficiently supervising this checkout area, handed me my money! I was very grateful This honest and professional staff member was called KASSI, and I recommend her for her work and pleasant approach. Thank you, KASSI!

It's good place to shop.

Although a small woolworths parking is good and the range of products is large enough but this stores greatest feature is the quality and helpfulness of the staff.

Prefer going here to the Marketplace Woolies. The staff are friendly and it's never as busy as the one in the mall. Was here Christmas Eve 22 and they had ACTUAL PEOPLE on the checkouts, so much nicer than the horrible self-serve garbage. Put a human touch into the supermarket for Christmas. So nice to see.

An amazing team on the floor and so happy to see more and more vegan options being brought in like Pico chocolate and vegan Magnums on specials....everyday walking into the shops is exciting in these changing times of meat-free.

With one till open and 5-6 people waiting, Viola from Wellard took it upon herself to open a till to help serve while her husband did her shopping, even though she had clocked off an hour before hand. That's loyalty.

It's like a little family here and you don't seem to see covid craze shopping like in more central suburbs so the residents must be alright, too.
