Thank you Jake Beer. Grandson of the great Maggie Beer. He perfectly curated a spirit tasting that left us all thirsty for more. From the witty sarcasm to the perfectly balanced cocktails, he really provided an experience like no other.

PS. Please Mrs. Beer, give Jake a day off. He has been working daily for 6 years without a single break.

First visit.
Walked around the lake before sampling the offering in the shop.
Everything has a more or less unusual taste and aroma, love it or hate it. The product range is extensive so I ended up with a full bag of goodies.
If you say "jam" it is overpriced, as novelty gourmet it is cheep. As a small batch product the price is reasonable.
It is just too far to shop there often.

Nuriootpa is a town in South Australia and the major commercial centre of the Barossa Valley, about an hour's drive north of the state capital, Adelaide. The name of the town is reputed to be the local Aboriginal word for "meeting place". Nuriootpa is situated at the north end of the Barossa Valley, near the Sturt Highway.
