The staff go that extra step to ensure you've got what you're after. I've been here 4 times. The first time they were out of Conti rolls, so they made me one on the spot. It was fantastic. Another time, I asked for advice on making the dressing for coleslaw. The cook came out and gave me some tips and suggested ingredients . Then he offered some of what they use on their coleslaw, I accepted, and he gave me a tub. To me, both those experiences say a lot about their generosity and customer focus. I'll be back.

Bloody amazing conti roll

Good variety but expensive. Bought a salad and a lasagna both very nice but it was probably not worth what I paid. Lower your prices and I think you will do extremely well

Service was exceptional, friendly and courteous - above and beyond. High end items that are appropriately priced. The cheese cabinet is decadent. Good sized, fresh sourdough available warm at 7am. Coffee game is what will make you long lasting, and this is your weakest link currently.
