Nice range of products :) the lady who served me was nice.

One of the largest Asian beauty stores in Adelaide that stock most well known brands. The staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond in helping you in-store without being pushy.
This is now my go to destination for all my K-beauty needs.

Its a heaven place for your skin regimen located at China Town. They all have the different asian skin brand namely from the affordable ones to the priciest to achieve that glassy skin. You can never go wrong in this shop. And the staff are so friendly and accomodating. Thats what it makes diifferemt from others.

This like an Asian cosmetics wonderland, stocked with many products especially if your looking for the K-pop look! Ranges from makeup to skin cares and all that’s unique!
Also stocks Asian style supermarket snacks and home essentials.
Staff and customer service has improved.

Bad service

Many varieties of cosmetics, all generally not written in english. Not many staff to help, you virtually have to go find one yourself.

I usually have a great time at W Cosmetics! Unsure if it was a new staff member as I didn't recognise her, however I was followed very closely around the whole store. By very closely I mean like maybe 1m away from me at all times. She was also quite rude when talking to me asking to put my items on the counter & was staring at me the entire time, it was very obvious that it was thinking I was going to steal, which I never would. Having this happen instead of the usual lovely customer service I normally get where they let me browse for hours on end & check in seeing if I'm still going okay felt really out of place. I don't normally say anything however this has left me really uncomfortable and I normally recommend the Gouger St store to everyone I know but I don't know if I can from now on & I think I'll probably stick to buying online now.

I have been to W Cosmetic in Chinatown and Rundle Mall many times and this time was very disappointed with the customer service in Chinatown at night. They have many skin care and makeup products from Japan, Korea, and China which are very good options for customers to choose and consider.
However, the customer service is very bad and makes me extremely disappointed. Today the cashier counter has two employees (one male and one female), the male is very kind and gentle, he asked me do I need any help and give great advices? However, the lady was impatient and rude, I was stuck in my Apple wallet and couldn't pay straight away so it took a few minutes to process and she tapped her finger on the bench which lack of patient and attention behaviours, and i was concerned that Am i a CUSTOMER or her??? I know there are some customers back there waiting and nearly closing time but is that how you guys serve customers?

Love the products and there's a large variety in store which is great but the customer service could use some work. Went in today to browse and the girls at the counter were quite rude. I was not impressed.
It's a shame as my previous experience at this store and the sister store in Rundle has always been pleasant with perfectly friendly staff.
Hoping the next interaction is better.

I came by the shop today, I love the products here but the service lady with long acrylic nails and diamonds was extremely rude and uncooperative. She also did not ask for my membership details even though every other time I shopped there, the other employees asked for my membership number. Overall, this worker’s attitude really left a negative image and impact of this shop in my mind. This will also affect my times of going in there as I do not want to deal with such poor attitudes and behaviors while shopping.

Good products but zero customer service. Asking about what the difference between 2 products on my hand, the girl looked up “ it’s exactly the same” then back to her social network on the phone. Gotta put back all the products we were going to buy.
