Coles Upper Coomera

Silly me thought I bought nappies while I was here but left them at the register. Turns out I did leave them at the register but a big thanks to Christina for helping me find the receipt a day later and conclude that I didn’t scan them to begin with. Being so professional over the phone helped save me from driving all the way back to the store. Great customer service.

Stocks it all , if your a Coles shopper you'll get that on walking in . Staff are long termers and know their stuff . Easily the friendliest Coles I've set foot in . ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

The staff here are truly, one of the best!! My fiance and I love coming here and shopping here. All the ladies and gents are so sweet and kind and always ask how we're doing. No complaints here except for the problem that a huge chunk of the staff don't know or can't be bothered packing the bags properly. I always have to ask the bags to be packed lightly and they always top the groceries to the brim. And whenever I get soft items that squish or bruise easily they are forever on the bottom of everything else. That is literally the one thing that needs to change, maybe some more training on bagging but everything else is truly the best ❤ love these guys.

Since moving to this state, a few selected staff members have made us feel so welcomed and cared for, best staff we have ever met and Nicole as supervisor has been absolutely wonderful. If I could find a way to pinpoint some staff for a wonderful review to the ceo I would!!!! These people deserve everything positive in life! Fantastic staff and great shop.

Thumbs up for Sandra for helping to look for my mobile which I thought I had mistakenly left there while doing my shopping. My mobile had actually slipped under my car seat and I have just found it now ! I tried to call to thank Sandra for her kindness but no one answered the phone, they must be busy with customers !

Bit disappointed with my shopping experience, Some empty shelves and took me forever to find "chicken salt". No bicarbonate soda?? Check

Been going here for over 10 years now. Staff are friendly, products are easy to find. It's a good little supermarket.

I was shopping for my sons 18th. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money to pay for everything so the wonderful check out lady helped me work out what I could put back that might not be needed. She was fantastic and very patient. I was so ready to sit down and cry but because of her I didn't. Thanks Coles for your wonderful staff.

Small local shop which has everything you need and you don't have to spend twice the time walking the aisles in a big one. Not too many people.

Besutiful spot.Great walking track.around the lovely big lake.And u can use unmotorised water boats,kayaks etc.Has bbqs and good dog park .
