Part of my kit was missing so I contacted the owner who replied saying they’d send it out to me, 3 weeks later it’s still not here and she doesn’t reply to emails. It’s not hard to reply to customers when you’re the one who made the mistake, they shouldn’t have to chase you. Buy from somewhere else.

You try and contact them via email like the website says and they just don’t reply. Probably because they scam you and don’t put half the stuff in the box.
