I visited here with my fiance to buy jewellery, and were blown away by the lovely character of James the owner. He helped us and we had a great chat with him. Have been going back ever since. Great to check out, whatever you're looking for... Jewellery, furniture etc...

I have purchased a number of beautiful pieces from the Gallery in Mt Victoria and have always found the owners to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been able to source particular items that matched my interests and needs which has made me feel special and validated. I have particularly appreciated their adherence to Covid safe practices but am aware this has caused some tensions and negative responses amongst those customers who objected to hand sanitiser prior to entry. I thank them for upholding the lawful health regulations.

treasure trove of tempting delights! friendly and knowledgeable gents who answered all my questions and left me in peace to wander through and browse. covid safe precautions implemented with courtesy. went home with some beautiful presents for my nieces : )

I have lived in the area for seven years and have visited the shop to browse or buy something specific many times. James, the owner has always been very helpful and polite to me.

We enjoy shopping for antiques and I will say this place WILL NEVER receive any business for us. The man was so rude not once , not twice but three times that we walked out. Maybe learn about customer service. I stand by review and I must say that the nasty messages I received after my review just make me stand up and say NO to bully.

I was with my boyfriend and passing through. We stopped for lunch at the cafe next door and their service was delightful. While waiting we went to this antique shop. Upon walking through the doors the owner was so rude I turned right around and walked out. He then came out the front and tried to engage my boyfriend in a combative conversation. Absolutely bizarre behaviour. We frequent the Blue Mountains, as do our friends and family and we will warn people not to bother going here but rather stop at the fantastic cafe beside it.

Extremely rude men run this store. We were verbally abused and thrown out of the store. On arrival they rudely told us to sanitise out hands, which we were doing anyway. When i commented that they didnt need to be so abrupt i was abused and told to leave the store. I wasnt being agressive just giving my opinion.

The door was slammed and we were told to go to the dirty store up the road, go back to where we came from (I assume he meant Sydney, we're actually from the central coast) and we were told we stank.

Totlly rude and unnecessary. Shouldn't be in business if they treat customers this way.

I would have given no stars but the rating system wouldnt allow me to write a review. l would recomend that if your are to visit this establishment that you dont wear shorts or t shirts and have children or you will get the same welcome that l received. "no need to go out the back we are rearranging, and anything you would like to buy would only be out the front anyhow".
Last time somebody said this to me l had 35k in cash in my pocket to buy a new car and l just walked away.
Yes its your shop and you can choose who you serve, but discrimination on what you wear, how you look or if you have children in this day and age can be taken too a higher power.

We visited this store from The Central Coast this morning and were verbally abused by the proprietors on entering the shop. Please do not visit this shop as they are less than polite.
