Woolworths Northgate

I seriously don't want to lose my precious Domenic to drakes across the road.
I love him and Cherish him very much, I love sharing cigarettes ,iced coffee, egg nogs, pizzas and Vietnamese rolls with this harmless gentleman .
It is going to be a tough battle now trying to find him.
The community adore this man very much!

I went to bakery today to get an advertised product.I was disappointed it wasn't there.A young girl called Kayla stated there were some in backfreezer.she went out of the way to get the product.she had a friendly positive attitude.she is a great example for woolworths employees.

Online department are on hips to serve the pickups while others departments i.e bakery, grocery, fruit.,deli have wide range of options to select with and front team with youth and experienced are always happy to serve the customer.

When it comes to coffee. Rules are simple, when you see a place with a line up, they are doing something right. The cafe attached to this Woolworth is worth stopping at. The young lad who served me today gave exceptional customer service and he knows how to make a coffee. Its not very often I get a coffee these days and have the pleasure of tasting coffee when I finish the last mouthful.

Clean store with easy to find products and helpful staff to assist with purchases.

Modern design with good parking facilities. Will probably have to drop some prices on products with the new drakes grocery store opening up next door soon. Hopefully it will offer more diversity on the shelves also.

This Woolworths got great fresh fruit range awesome 😎 taste

Are full. And not too many shoppers around

Love, love, love, been shopping here since it was built. 1998 I moved into the area.

My Spouse and I recently moved to the area to live with my in laws. Due to medical conditions, we are unable to leave the house often, and we were worried about groceries when we made the move.

Enter Woolworths Northgate!

They devilver to our house in Collinsvale, up the windy hill and down some dirt paths, almost 5 times a week between the us and the inlaws. Delivery people are always lovely, and incredibly efficient now that they know the layout better.

Just a few of the things that make these people so wonderful:

1. The gentleman who delivered our groceries just yesterday placed them under our drying laundry on the deck, rather than directly at the front door, so that they weren't sitting in direct sunlight.
2. Once after we had recently moved in, a gentleman got bogged down in the dirt path and stuck for almost an hour. He was nothing but lovely the entire time
3. Anytime there's any problems, they're resolved super quickly. We both understand that things happen and mistakes are made, so that's no worries for us
And 4. Perhaps the nicest thing, today with our delivery we recieved a complimentary block of chocolate and a thank you note.

My spouse and mother in law both have very unique names, and our address is so far out of the way that I'm positive they know us by now. There was a period of time where I ate almost nothing but salami and would order it by the kilogram, and right now we've been buying so much schnitzel it has to be obvious.

TL;DR, Woolworths Northgate are wonderful, and I hope that everyone there has a lovely weekend.

I've been shopping here for seven years. The staff are lovely. Catherine, the duty manager is always so helpful and goes out of her way to greet customers and make them feel welcome. I shop there so often that I even have favourite staff whom I look for when it comes time to go through the checkout. I like that the staff also talk to the kids and make them feel welcome. The store has a real community feel about it. The store was expanded a few years ago, and is now extra spacious. The layout is good and the store is always very clean. The food is always very fresh, and if something becomes popular, they buy more to satisfy demand. Staff are very quick at opening extra checkouts before lines get long.
Several months back staff became very strict about customers only buying two tins of formula. I think those who like to buy all the formula thought that they could just keep going back it to buy more. They then tried changing tops or jackets, but the staff are good at recognising faces. For the past few months this Woolworths remains one of the few that always has formula on the shelf, and which rigorously enforces the two tins per day rule.

Prices are clearly displayed, a variety of items available, nice staff, love the new trolleys! Prices are a shocker everywhere.

Used Direct to Boot for the first time this morning. Great service - very quick, well packed, good substitutes for two unavailable items, and even got a free block of chocolate and thank you card for using their store for my first D2B. Really happy with the experience.

I've always loved Woolworths, just so happy that my local supermarket is one of the best Woolies outlets in the city of churches. They always have everything I could ever need 👍

Not a bad centre really, parking is not too tight and is easy to manoeuvre around. Shops are ok as you would expect to find in a small local shopping site.

We love this store. Trolley wipes and free fruit for kids make it a pleasant experience with little people. Car parking is easy and the selection is pretty good. Staff are always friendly and the in store cafe is reasonably priced. If the kids are well behaved I get myself a coffee at the cafe and them a baby cino on our way out. Baby cino is free with a coffee purchase. No complaints here!
