I had some issues with compatibility between a incubator and humidifier purchased. Johnny was very helpful and got it sorted satisfactorily for me.

I purchased a metal chicken feeder from Brookfield Poultry Equipment. It has a plate at the front of the container that lifts up a lid when a chicken stands on it so it can gain access to the food. It took 2 days to teach the chickens how to use it as they got scared of the noise when the lid closed. It is mouse and bird proof consequently I do not have to replenish the pellets as often.
I would recommend this product to everyone who has chickens.

Ordering and delivery were satisfactory. The Bennu 100cm community nesting box was not. Firstly it is incomplete. The buyer will need to make or find a back to close the nesting box. The PVC curtains to the nesting box are too small. Most importantly the whole thing is flimsy, metal too thin and can really only function if it is secured to a structure that will lend stability to the nesting box. I strongly recommend that you find an alternative.

Very disappointed in the product delivered and the non existent after sales service. My incubator turned up with a faulty humidity sensor and a broken auto egg turner. I understand that things can go wrong but there has been zero effort to rectify the issues.
