Oat mocha not bad

Barely any QR codes for scanning once in (sun glares heavy on outside one), QR codes are all in spots where those physically challenged would not be able to reach (pretty high, nobody in a wheelchair would have half a chance).
I asked for the advertised "christmas pack" of scratchies, told they didnt have them "but its a bunch of these put together", I asked if it'd still work out to $20, "im not sure" then pointed to some of them and said "these arent even scratchies you put money on them like a gift"...they were scratchies I've already bought the exact ones and completed them so unsure where that information came from for them.
Don't think they should be advertising what they don't have and it's not the workers fault he didn't know much but maybe things like promotions should involve a little reading hand out/ email or mention to staff what the promotion is/ whats involved.
Just a bit awkward!
Store doesn't really allow for social distancing very easily but it's a servo with limited space so not much can happen there unless they get rid of a whole aisle.

Your phone never works and nobody ever picks up... If it's not broken it's always something else. Your staff have even unplugged or taken phone of the hook before to avoid anyone calling.

While the place was clean and has plenty of bowsers, I was very disappointed that there is nowhere in their toilets to change my child. Very upset that in this day and age a family with young child is not accommodated for.

Not only don't they answer the phone @ PARALOWIE OTR but Customer Service don't answer the phone either. So how on earth do you get intouch regarding damages from the OTR car wash to my vehicle that happened nearly a week ago. I'm still waiting for a call back.. :(

Seems to be getting worse! So understaffed most of the time. And mess up your order 9/10
Long gone are the days walking out of there smiling.

Every time I go here they try to pressure me into buying a lottery ticket. Every single time without fail. It's appalling.

And every time I need to say "no" 3-4 times, not just once, before they stop asking and actually allow me to pay for what I'm buying.

If they accepted my answer the first time I wouldn't mind as much, but this has never happened once despite being served by different staff members each time so I can only assume it's part of their staff training to make customers feel uncomfortable.
