Great art supplies store with very helpful staff that go above and beyond to make the customer experience a positive and enjoyable one!

My first purchase made via Premier Art Supplies online store was canvases and watercolour.

Ordering was easy and delivery was in a timely manner.

There was a short delay with a couple of the watercolour products due to no available stock of 2 colours that I ordered online & they notified me that they were waiting for supplies to arrive in store on this particular occasion. Once these products arrived they were also delivered to my door quickly.

They have a great selection of products with all of the well known brands & their products are priced competitively.

Very happy & definitely recommend.
Will be a returning customer in the future.

Office staff graciously took my phone number when counter staff were swamped. "The right person" returned my call within the hour and gave me choices of materials to suit my purposes - along with a quick sum-up of instructions on getting the best out of the material. This is a well stocked Art and Craft shop . I was looked after well by Margaret who was a wealth of knowledge and could easily recommend what products best suited what I needed .

I disagree with the last sexist and ageist review. I have been going to Premiers for years. Prices are reasonable and they know their stuff. Sure they are not obsequious and deal with each customer at a time but so do Eckersleys. Get over it mate. I am sick of how ageist Aus

Really lovely and helpful staff - there was not the full range in what I was originally wanting however the lady helped me find something that worked, and took the time to go through different paints and finishing options with me.

Premier Art Supplies has been around for decades, no doubt due to their friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent range of materials. Conveniently located close to the CBD but not IN it so parking's a cinch.

I was after a photo sweep and was given a few options, purchasing a large 2m X 1m sheet at a very reasonable cost. Just what I needed, and served by very helpful staff.

Moved from giles street to kent town easy to find - if your an artist or wanna be one this is a gem of all sorts & beware you may over spend. Service with a smile.
