Customer service is absolutely awesome. Went in for a caravan mattress and it was nonissue for them. Some places just say no because it’s all too hard.

Had the next mattress up in quality or whatever the measure of cost was. No waiting, just sweet sleep. Great staff advice, great product, quality manufacturing and materials used. As a hot sleeper I chose a Bellissimo Duet 4000 Queen Medium. The comfort and support is perfect I have a good nights sleep and do not wake up hot due to the breathability of the construction. The latex pillows are also cool. Great products. Recommend Makin Mattresses to anyone.

Makin Mattresses made choosing a new mattress really easy. Friendly and professional staff. The delivery process was smooth - they rang in the morning to confirm the time frame and then they arrived during the time frame. They took the plastic and our old mattress away. Love that they make the mattresses onsite and they offer a comfort guarantee on some of the mattresses for 5 years so that you can adjust the firmness of the mattress. Plus a 10 year guarantee on the mattress (we had our previous MM mattress for many years and never needed the warranty).

After a week on our new Bellissimo King double, I can safely say we should have done it a long time ago. My whole side is supported and I don't feel like I balanced on my hip all night like the old mattress. I get enough shaking and pummeling at work as a truck driver so I need a restful sleep to do it all again. I certainly get out of bed feeling better.
I believe in paying good money for quality products you will continue to enjoy. We got a good deal with a base and bed and sheets and mattress protector that was less than my budget queen wife expected. Considering you spend half your life on it, winning value with the warranty and the free option of adjusting the mattress if you find the feel is not to your liking after a while. Our salesperson was helpful and had relevant insights into getting it right the first time. We purchased on Thursday with prompt delivery the next Monday and they took our old bed away too. Definitely lived up to the advertising and a local business too. Very happy to recommend!

I ordered completely online. Great website, lots of product information which made selection easy and super easy online ordering. Delivery team were quick to set up a delivery date, they were very responsive to my queries and even coordinated a late notice collection of my old mattress 'on the spot.' The mattress itself is very comfortable and clearly good quality (manufacture and materials are sturdy). Really happy with this product and service.

I bought a mattress and base, had it delivered and the old bed removed for less than $900, which as a pensioner I am more than happy with the price. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the mattresses are so comfortable. I really recommend buying from Makin Mattresses.

Very positive experience from the first contact via SMS, to the delivery. Our consultant Rose has taken time to answer all questions and given us more than enough time to explore and try different mattresses. Delivery was on time and guys have brought it inside and unpacked it on the bed. Now is time to start our good night sleeps.
