Travelling through and decided to give their fresh cooked while you wait pizza. Wow, what a pizza! The best pizzas we've had. Massive in size, very generous toppings, great flavour and a bargain price. Well done guys .

Great little supermarket for a small town. Well stocked with almost everything you need. It was very surprising. I really liked the little store. We went into the supermarket a few times and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Supermarket, prices were pretty decent for its location, staff really friendly, the sandwiches were delicious an fresh made daily, hot box in deli had a great selection and tried out there roast of the day first day was in town, 2nd day I was there needed to stop in again to grab few groceries, hot box had honey chicken which was delicious, meat an egg prices were great, only down side there wasn’t a decent selection of bacon on offer in the fridge at the time, very new looking store looking store an very large selection of grocery items, most shelves full an plenty of staff working if needed to ask where anything was, definitely recommend stopping in there if passing through an needing anything

This is possibly the biggest grocery store in Tara, offering almost anything you can possibly want to buy at a small additional cost compared to Dalby. That is due to the logistics, if you consider the adfitinal 90 km between the two places.

About the fresh food, I find that sometimes produce like fruits is better there than in surrounding areas, as far as supermarkets are concerned.

As all supermarket chains, however, beware of meat cuts - like beef topside roast - which is often composed of meat pieces glued up together with "meat glue". If quality you seek, to avoid such atrocities favour purchases from local butchers in the region.

About the staff, at the Tara Foodworks you can reason and talk with people. If you make sense, and are polite, they will go the extra mile to assist you and accommodate reasonable complaints/requests. It seems they give some experience to school-age people too - balanced with other age groups- so it's a plus.

Without detracting from other options in Tara, during working hours you may find a vast assortment of take-away meals such as salads, sandwiches, kabanas, sausage rolls, meat pies, pastas, etc.. options may depend on the day and management decisions 😉.

Very well stocked supermarket in country town. Better than a lot of larger less regional towns. Definitely worth a stop.

This Super market is fabulous for food, lunches, coffee service is great check out service is great , The Tara Newsagents is a great shop as well. we will be back Tara love this town .

This supermarket has everything very well stocked. And take away meals are excellent

Typical of a little country town big on friendliness and service. Had everything I needed and more than I was expecting. Of course your going to pay higher prices for seasonal fruit such as blueberries, but overall I was happy with the price for the food I had to pay for.

Always great priced hot box food, and never sold out of a hot chicken. Staff diligently call for additional register operators when it gets busy.

Would not expect to have such a big and diverse selection of food out here. Pleasantly surprised, next time I'm passing through I'll be stopping here for supplies.
