The team at ReConnect have always given fantastic personal service. They helped look for the best deals for my parents, set up new phones, and deal with all manner of laptop issues when they arise. The staff are a pleasure to speak to, and they work hard to ensure customers get the best hardware and deals for the best price. Highly recommended.

My partner and I went in to change our service from Optus to Telstra. Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He made it an easy and smooth transition. I couldn’t recommend him and Reconnect enough!

came here with an issue after being turned away by the telstra store and being screwed around over the phone, and the team at reconnect went out an beyond to try their very best to help my situation as i couldnt see any of my bills or anything due to my access being revoked even tho the account was in my name thanks to telstra messing with my account. We orginised for me to come back in another day as telstra services were playing up bad but ended up going home and finding a solution to the problem thanks to the team at reconnect. Definitely rate the crew at this location 10/10 absolutely top notch service highly recommend.

Went to a shop today and they said I could have a new phone in a couple of day.i went to reconnect and I walked out 20 minutes later with the new phone I wanted and needed. . We're very helpful and had what l needed

Living in a very hilly area where phone signal is poor I tried for an answer re access to NBN for some time. Someone I know suggested contacting ReConnect Wodonga. From the helpful and cheerful gentleman who answered my call to the fabulous technician who came to check signal promptly and who also checked around the area and got back to me very quickly, I am so grateful. While sadly I found out cannot yet access the NBN, there was no charge for this service from ReConnect. I cannot rate my experience with this business highly enough. Thanks so much again!

After a terrible experience at the Telstra store down the road, Sky at ReConnect was awesome and helped us sort out a new phone to pick up the next day.
