Great brands (eg Stussy, Nude Lucy, Adidas, Lioness) and the two staff working yesterday were so helpful, particularly the guy who offered to send a diff size from another store to our home, explained the whole process which was great. We didn't need to use it because daughter wanted the larger size 10 (baggy) but they could have sent an 8 to our home for no extra charge. That's pretty good service. Also discounts during sales were offered by sales assistants.

Jacinta is a stand out! Her excellence in customer service, professionalism and friendly demeanour must be noted as second to none! Nothing was too difficult and she showed care and attention demonstrating excellence in her dealings with people and representing her store. Thank you Jacinta and team sadly customer service like yours is getting much harder to find! Thank you for being so great at what you do and who you are!

Better products and change room design than NZ

Amazing new store that stocks great brands/product! Had the best customer service experience from Jacinta, Fadzie, and Conor over their busy opening weekend. Can't wait to go back for more!

Honestly, the store is tiny — there's a pretty small and underwhelming selection of stuff. Also, change the bloody music 😭 it feels like I've stepped onto a train filled with 13yo eshays & their JBL speakers...

Great brands but bad service. One guy at the counter was waiting to use the till that one of the other employees was serving me on, he looked at me super impatiently and basically rolled his eyes. The girl that was serving me was also rude, rushed me through the transaction and did not acknowledge me at the counter in the first place.

Cool store, they need to turn the music down because its deafening.

Why is the music so loud turn it down

Probably best to get some staff or retrain the current staff to at least fake that they want to be there rather then complaining to each other behind the service desk about the job and ignoring customers questions about stock availability.

What I assume is the manager was outside the entrance abusing someone as I was leaving, I can only hope she was friends with them, because what i witnessed was the worst example of professionalism.

There's one employee who looks like a manager or a supervisor, and she's very rude.
She might be sensitive or stressed out because she works in a busy store, but I don't understand why she takes it out on customers.

Unless people talk to her aggressively, I think she shouldn't talk to people aggressively either.

This is 0 star if i could give. The staff is super rude. She came to say “bring hanger together with clothes in case someone stole it” this is my first time in this store and that dress couldnt hang probably on hanger so i left hanger, she doesnt know how to communicate to let customer know that bring hanger with clothes. I wonder how she got this retail job which is always serve customer service. I dont know her name but she has curly short hair with headband. Please stay away this store. 🙏

If I can give a 0 star I will!!! Walked into the store, my gf was trying on the puffer. Then the staff walked straight to us and asked “let me know when u finish?”. These staffs think people with normal clothes got no money. + Rude and normal one wanna talk to us.

Really rude and judgemental staff. Walked into store and not even a moment later astaff member pointed at me to the security guard, and the security guard moved back to the front of the store, and wouldn’t a stop watching/following me. Just came to have a look at the new store after work and that experience seriously rubbed me the wrong way. Two seconds of entering the store I start being watched and followed, first time ever happening to me, won’t be coming again.
