I was shopping for mothers day gifts with my two sisters, and when we got to checkout we were two dollars over. Anyway the person at checkout (I wish got his name) pulled out his phone and paid the extra for us. I was so blown away by this act of kindness. Amazing customer service 👏.

Coles Baldivis are absolute superstars. The deli department staff and their platters are amazing! We have ordered platters multiple times now and will continue to do so. Service and product is perfect. Thank you to everyone there.

Coles Baldivis staff are always absolutely awesome.
They have had a very hard year and have supported us all through everything.
A heartfelt thank you to them all for putting themselves on the front line to help us whilst experiencing extra risk of Covid 19 and customers who were at times distressed, frightened and sometimes grumpy.
The staff there are helpful, friendly and all round amazing.
