My son and I came in hoping to get help putting a new screen protector on our switch. Friday 3/5.
The lady that helped us was amazing and did a great job considering they do phones and not game consoles.

Great service at Pop Phones, St Agnes. Polite, efficient, and good salesmen, too. I went in for one thing, to get a problem in my iPhone fixed. Came out with a new screen, screen protector, and case. I would go again anytime.

I smashed my Samsung S23 Ultra. Checked with Samsung and they said that it will take weeks to get it fixed. One of my friends recommended me this mobile repair store. These people not only fixed it same day but also in reasonable repair price with genuine Samsung screen. They also gave me discount on getting the phone protected with case and Gel Protector. They have got the stuff starting from cheapprice to expensive branded options. Quick and great phone fix. Best phone repair shop.

Went in there looking for a case cover, for my smart watch, Nitish who helped me out in the store to look into different options for my watch was amazing with his customer service skills and was satisfied with my purchases. We never expected this kind of variety shop in a smaller shopping center like st Agnes. Bought and EFM BLUETOOTH SPEAKER 🔊🔊🔊. AUSTRALIN OWNED COMPANY. Beautiful Sound, Great Bass 2 years warranty. This store has got huge range of JBL speakers as well. A part from range they provide Great service Strongly recommend.🎆🎆

Absolute excellent 5 Star Customer Service, a small business with great staff and great expertise on both the products they sell and also their repair service. I would highly recommend you go to these folks with any of your needs with phones.

I needed a repair on my phone which needed to take a few days due to parts delivery. I thought I'd be without a phone for that time however to their complete credit, they supplied a loan phone at no extra charge! This took away most of the inconvenience. The loan phone itself had a few issues, and when I mentioned it to them, they offered to replace the loan phone! I've also done my phone protector screen (Hot tip, get the Gel ones, not the Glass ones, Glass ones crack/shatter sooner than Gel) as well as a cover for the camera, which they did well, and they've assured me if there's any issue with it to bring it back to them to get it sorted.

I cannot re-emphasise how awesome the staff here were, how committed they were to customer satisfaction, and how I've walked away completely pleased with the work they've done. If you get quotes and they end up being a little dearer than the average Asian guy in the middle of a shopping centre, it's your call, but I'd rather pay the extra for their wonderful service!

(Oh and please ignore the 1-Star ratings they've seemingly been given. By the looks of it, they're just disgruntled boomers who don't properly understand smartphones, trying to cheat this honest small business, or just miserable sods)

I bought quite a few pre loved ex demo iPhones for my staff along with accessories, competitive phone prices and got great discount on accessories. Talking about there service, we have requested them to put few work apps to be used in all the phones, they have done that without any hesitation.
