Alchemy Coffee Gippsland

Easter long weekend and the place was packed for good reason. Food was good, coffee was excellent. Robust flavour but not bitter or over extracted. Really good coffee well sorted by someone who knows what they are doing and clearly drinks their own elixir.

Great coffee made with Gippsland Jersey milk! A nice selection of small bites with the kitchen open on some days as well. Very friendly service and they intend to open their courtyard, which will be dog friendly, soon. Definitely worth a visit ☺

Got a burger from there, it was good fun and the coffee was good too, the sandwiches are also there.

I will go again next time I swing through Sale.

One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly their hot chocolate. It was the perfect blend of rich, creamy chocolate and just the right amount of sweetness. Served piping hot, it was the perfect treat to enjoy on a chilly day. The presentation was impeccable, with a dusting of cocoa powder on top and a delicate swirl design - a true work of art in a cup.

Another standout at Alchemy Coffee Shop was their Cuban sandwich. Packed with flavor and perfectly toasted, this mouthwatering creation was a delicious blend of tender roasted pork, slices of ham, Swiss cheese, tangy pickles, and mustard. Each bite was a harmonious combination of textures and tastes, leaving me thoroughly satisfied.

Apart from the hot chocolate and Cuban sandwich, Alchemy Coffee Shop offers an extensive menu, incorporating a variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. From their freshly brewed coffee to their delectable pastries and light bites, there is something to suit everyone.

The staff at Alchemy Coffee Shop were exceptional; their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu was commendable. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had, which only enhanced the overall experience.

Absolutely the best coffee to be had in Sale. So stoked with this new place opening. Batch brew, V60, espresso...they have it covered. Local roasters featured, and some funky filter brews from elsewhere...honestly can't rate it higher.

What a pleasant cute little place.
I saw their posts on Instagram, was driving to Bairnsdale, and instead of taking the back road decided to go through the million roundabouts so that I could stop by.
They did not disappoint! Got a batch brew that was an Ethiopian coffee from Tin Man. A great roaster, and beautifully brewed.
Also got a double espresso, which is from a local roaster called East Gippsland Coffee Roasters. Their house blend (Home). Generally house blends work better with milk, but this one, it was great as espresso.
Will surely be stopping by a lot more now 😁
