Yim Thai 98 Glen Innes

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. The food was excellent. We have dined at many Thai restaurants in Australia and consider the food here to be among the most flavoursome that we have had. The serving sizes were generous and there were many vegetables included. We had crispy chicken wings, roast duck curry and pork belly as well as vegetable fried rice. There was so much food that we purchased takeaway containers to take the rest home for the next nights dinner.

I loved dining here. It was cute and cozy. They had the fireplace going when we arrived and the atmosphere felt lovely. They took our order and our food came out in a very timely manner. The lady who took our order was very nice and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend ordering the cashew pork belly. It was absolutely fantastic! Actually all the dishes we ordered were very tasty, but I liked the cashew pork belly the most, it had just the right amount of spice to it. The portions were perfect leaving us really full and at a fair and affordable price. They also have little kids meals.
I can't wait to visit here again and try some of their other dishes! This place is a gem of the highlands.

The best kept secret in New England!

What can we say Wow. This restaurant is one of the best Thai restaurants we have eaten at since our holiday in Australia began three weeks ago. Superb fresh Thai in a charming old gentlemen’s club. So good we visited three times in a week. Great value for money too!

We had dinner there last Sunday night 18th Feb and the meals were of great value and very tasty. Even though we were at the time we were there around 6pm there was only 2 other diners but the phone call for food orders and pick ups were very busy!

They catered for my 60th Birthday and our 40th Wedding Anniversary a few weeks ago. The customer service, food, atmosphere was all perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

We visited here twice and it was excellent each time. The food was amazing. Everything came out hot and tasted very fresh. The staff was pleasent.
We also loved the deep fried ice cream and really liked how pretty they made it look. It was a real hit with our toddler, she loved it. Thanks we'll be back again.

Got takeaway green curry, pad kee mow and dim sims. Dim sims were soggy and not tasty. Green curry and pad kee mow were delicious - packed with veggies and full of flavour.

Best Thai food in Glen Innes. Dining room is small, so book ahead if possible. Otherwise you can get it taken out to the bar area. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a lunch special green curry chicken which was as good as any I have eaten anywhere else such as Gold Coast, or Sydney. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Sadly not wheel hair friendly at all as there are step up to the building.

Very good Thai food; better than typical Thai food. I had tofu and vegetable pad Thai. My husband had basil noodles with lamb. The lamb is a bit unusual. The spices were excellent. You can get a drink at the New England club next door and bring it into. The Thai restaurant.

We have some very good Thai restaurants in our area, Ballina, Lennox Head and this is the best we have experienced. Great food, large portions and very good prices and friendly service.
