Tracy (with the dark hair) was extremely helpful today.
Went in with a fasting child and a digital referral which was unable to be read.
Tracy suggested we get the referring clinic to fax it to us, which worked. So please bear in mind if you have been sent an email or text referral they cannot print or have it emailed to them.
You can however get it faxed to them or pre print it. 🙂

Despite current pressures, I was attended to promptly and courteously by a friendly practitioner who was very skilled at her job. These are the reasons I always come here for blood tests - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Professional and friendly lady came to take bloods for my mother in law her veins aren't easy to find but she got them first time. Well done

The nurse did an excellent job of taking my blood. It was not the unpleasant painful experience that you would expect.
