While i was heavily pregnant and starving, one of the nurses here was so rude to me that I spent the next 2hrs crying. She would not apologise. Another nurse was nice and the receptionist made sure I was OK.

wait time was over an hour, then finally i got into the room for the blood test. I am a heathy 19 yr old female, shouldn't be hard but they struggled like even preparing the sample tubes she had to called a helpline....so not qualified. On top of this she was blasting annoying and loud music from her phone.. wasn't listening to me or telling me what she was doing.
