Cheerful and friendly service and staff, good food service hot and timely even when they were really busy! great setting, felt comfy & relaxed while enjoying excellent coffee!

Delicious breakfast eggs Benny roll and cake and coffee which when ordered a large they filled it up to the top which was fantastic as a lot of places don't. Very friendly staff. Recommend

I stayed in Glenn Inness yesterday and visited the coffee incident for my morning coffee ….. all the normal qualities of a great coffee shop but what impressed me was the warmth of the locals dropping in for their take aways.
The social connection between everyone in the shop as well as those coming and going was gentle and caring. Was a pleasure watching good people easily sharing good energy.

Cannot fault this bustling little community hub! I was in Glen Innes for 4 days and visited Coffee Incident 3 times: twice for dine-in coffee, and once for take away coffee and a snack. Coffee was fantastic, service is quick and friendly, and watching staff and customers chat and interact was a highlight. I ordered a pesto and feta savoury muffin this morning, not something I would normally order, but they were fresh out of the oven and smelled amazing. I was not disappointed, I wish I bought two haha!

If you are wanting a great coffee, freshly prepared sandwiches and baked cakes, and friendly service then visit this coffee shop on your way through Glenn Innes! Well worth the stop!

Very, very friendly. Met with a big smile and welcome. Dog friendly, even took Murphy's photo and put his picture on the dog wall of fame. Sat in the sunshine for a great bacon and egg roll and a fabulous cup of coffee. Best coffee of the trip. Highly recommend.

These guys consistently produce the best espresso outside of Sydney and are absolutely up there with the best. Food is exceptional. Fresh and full of flavour. This like something out Potts Point or Double Bay. 10 out of 10 with 5 Gold stars.

Great little cafe . Two young girls running this place have got the right idea . Really good coffee ( hard to find sometimes in country NSW ) and a fresh baked goods. We had a home baked blueberry muffin and you could tell it was . It was busy but the girls were on top of it . Best of luck ladies

Really great cafe with an extensive range of food and coffee. Even though there wasn't a gluten free option in the cabinet, the lovely staff made me a GF toastie. They are dog friendly too and have a Doggie Wall Of Fame with photo's.

A rare find.

Surprisingly good coffee, homemade baked goods and Vegetarian options.

Reccomend sitting in the backyard courtyard.

They have a good selection of coffee, tea and breakfast and we'll within the budget. Staff are nice and friendly. Wish they were open on Sundays and have some more tables and chairs outside to accommodate a big group of people

Coffee was absolutely fantastic, as always. The menu is very broad with a lot of delicious options. By midday there was still a large range of mouth watering wraps, I went with the turkey bacon wrap and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I'm sure the pandemic must be making things very difficult but the wait staff were still so lovely and all wearing their masks, great example! The staff even refused to serve a lady without a mask which made me feel even safer. Overall an incredible experience and I will continue to visit TCI when I'm in the area!

Fantastic coffee, awesome vibe and great food. Small selection of tasty sandos. Falafel wrap was legit and will keep any veggos full.

Friendly small Cafe with a cozy atmosphere and attentive staff.
A small range of preprepared food (think breakfast wraps/rolls). Coffee was decent.
Not a huge interior, but didn't feel cramped, even with plenty of people about. Same delightful service and care will be given whether you're spending an hour chatting at a table, or just dropping in to pick up a cuppa for the road.

Visited this cafe for lunch on my way through town. Great food and coffee. Service was great. Well done!

Great coffee, fresh & healthy food, lovely friendly staff. Tables out front for morning sun, small garden out back plus cheerful atmosphere for indoor seating. Definitely worth a visit.
