This was such a disappointing experience (6 of us attend). When we walked it Judi literally barked at us white or red. Then sweet or dry. When we weren’t sure she continued to say sweet or dry there was no explanation of the wines or stories or any what to accompany it with. Didn’t even explain what she meant by sweet or dry. She was just abrupt and unwelcoming. My husband asked for her to come back to him as he isn’t a wine drinker and would choose something we did. She proceeded to ignore him after that and said you don’t drink wine and didn’t give him anything until we asked her to.
After I tried my sweet fine which I thought would be a sweet sav ( she gave me moscato) she then got annoyed at
me for trying a dry wine after which was still sweet but not a moscato. She didn’t even show or tell us what she gave us just tipped it in the glass and walk to serve the next person.
The other groups of girls that came all dressed up got a nicer server who was explaining the history and engaging with the group.
Very disappointed as it was a part my dads 60th birthday celebration.

We were a group of 12 people who came for wine tasting, and when we entered, a blonde lady with glasses asked us, "What are you here for? To taste? Otherwise, you should leave." After that, we told her we came for wine tasting, and she said it's $10 per person, but she assumed we probably couldn't afford it, so there wouldn't be as many of us.

Following that, we decided to leave and not do the wine tasting because that lady was too disrespectful to us.

That's not the way to treat customers. If they don't want to serve large groups, it's better to put up a notice stating they only cater to couples.

A group of 12 of us came for wine tasting, and upon entering, a blonde lady with glasses rudely questioned our purpose, implying we should leave if not just for tasting. Despite expressing our intention to taste, she insisted it's $10 per person, suggesting we might not afford it, leading to a dismissive attitude.

Consequently, we opted to leave without partaking in the wine tasting due to the lady's disrespectful behavior.

This is not the appropriate customer service approach. If they prefer not to accommodate large groups, a notice indicating service for couples only would be more suitable.
