Buzzzed Electrical

Three electricians from Buzzzed Electrical came to install a pendant light, downlights, and ceiling fans at our house in Ulverstone. They arrived precisely on time and worked hard throughout the day. They were careful and thorough, and worked well together as a team. The lights and fans all work perfectly, and the electricians even vacuumed the dust up when they finished. We will certainly be hiring them for more lights in the future.

Cannot fault service. Professional, friendly and always helpful. This was first time using Buzzzed Electrical and I cannot fault them. Office staff went out the way to accommodate us with a suitable time. Great system that txts you when the tradesmen are on the way. Guys were extremely professional and friendly, super quick. 100% recommended, we will be using again.

We recently had Daniel at our home for some minor repairs and faults. His dedication to ensuring the best outcome for us and our needs was second to none. Taking great care in making sure that we weren't left without what we needed to keep our household of six still functioning.

The technician who came to my home was very professional. They message you when the technician is on his way, which is very helpful. The technician took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
Both the technician and the support staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's not very often I give an outstanding but, they know their stuff, good communication & laughs, also they understand that not everyone is made of money & set up a very reasonable payment plan to pay off, so give Daniel a call.

Very quick at getting sending someone out to do the job, turn up at the time they say, a text is sent out to say they are on the way which is great and very efficient in getting job done.

Brilliant service. Daniel was online as arranged, the work was completed very quickly and most efficiently. He did what l considered a highly technical job and made it look easy. I had such a great experience the first time, I got the guys back to do some upgrade work for me. Fantastic experience all over again, can't recommend them enough. The guys are happy to answer questions and have a chat to make sure they're getting you exactly what you need.

An electrician had already told me that I couldn't have been shocked by a power point and gave me a list of reasons why not. Daniel at Buzzzed listened to what I told him, then found a potentially life threatening fault and had it fixed in very short order.

Fantastic experience; I got a layman's explanation of the issue, had a pleasant chat and felt fully confident during the whole experience.

The day I ring Daniel he emailed me a job sheet that was very quick and easy to fill out. I was scheduled in for a certain day and time which I'm happy to say they turned up for. Rang Daniel on Sunday morning when I had a problem with the electricity being out. He got me to take a photo of the switch-board and after looking at the photos, rang me with a solution, which worked.

However, problem occurred again after 10 minutes and after I rang him again, he was able to provide a solution that worked.

I offered to pay for his time, but he refused to accept any money.

He then followed up by ringing me on the Monday to ensure things were OK.

Very impressed with his electrical knowhow and his even better customer service.

I would recommend Daniel to anyone wanting a good and honest electrician.

I met Daniel approximately 6 weeks ago at a business function, he instantly came across as proactive and switched-on so I asked for a business card from him.
Late last week I found that I was in need of an electrician, but I didn't know exactly what I needed, only that I had a problem which needed a soloution. The first company I called for advice and a quote couldn't fit me in for two weeks, so I called Buzzzed Electical, Daniel answered instantly. He scheduled me in for the next morning. I recieved text notification of his impending arrival which indicated exactly how long before he would be at my place. When he arrived he was on time.
I found that Daniel took the time to listen to my electrical issue and he was able to give me two possible solutions. After I had chosen one he got onto the job straight away.
I was impressed that Daniel delivered services I didn't ask for: for example, he gave me a detailed report on the rodent activity in my roof cavity, and, when I asked he was happy to place rodent throw packs up there for me. He also tied up some loose ends left behind by previous work done by prior electricians. Then he cleaned up after himself including vacuuming.
I am extremely satisfied and impressed with Daniel as a person, as a professional and as a proactive member of our state.
I definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.
