Spring Bay Distillery Cambridge

The process of making single malt is no secret, but the way Tas described it was priceless! “The sacrifice” the gain makes here is worthwhile, with some of staff personality making it into the bottle. Well worth dropping in. For “just a brewer” you make a hell of a distiller mate.

Had a great time checking out this local Tassie Distillery that's really close to the airport. Had a great experience tasting the lovely gins and whiskies made here. Would highly recommend it to any spirit lover 👍

Also, our guide Dan is a great guy (deserves an extra pay rise) . Knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for the patrons. Keep up the great work!

Visited today for a tasting and tour of the distillery - was fantastic! Dan was super knowledgable, down to earth and you really could tell the passion the whole team there brings to the operation. Got to taste a great selection and the whisky was top notch - we couldn’t help but leave with a couple of bottles!

Had a fantastic tasting with Dan. Very personable and knowledgeable, made us feel right at home. Absolutely had to walk away with a bottle. Will definitely be back for our next trip to Tassie!

Did a Whisky & Gin Tasting at the Cambridge site. Spirits were excellent, Dean was amazing, his knowledge made the experience something special.

Great drinks, great history lesson and fun to learn about the processes to make each type. Dan was fantastic. Definitely worth your time!
