Chicken Treat Vasse

What a cool update to the Chicken Treat store. And the staff were very friendly and fast. The kids said, “the best chicken ever”, “the best chicken burger ever”, “best chicken shop chips”.
We had a feast, and it was a feast. Crunchy fresh fried chicken pieces, all perfectly cooked, hot and juicy. Hot chips. Classic mash and gravy. And coleslaw.
Because we are piggish we got nuggets, “best ever”, and a burger, mentioned above.
Finally crisp hot, seemingly freshly cooked banana Royale and pineapple fritter. But sweet and succulent.
All in all a fabulous dining experience.
And great value for money.

Best chicken I have ever tasted. And i’m vegetarian so you know it’s good. Bacon was superb, david was superb. Absolutely flipping fantastic i love chicken treat vasse and slightly autistic

Spoke to the manager about a previous visit where I received all small pieces of fried chicken in a 6 piece pack, still hungry afterwards, he made amends this time by giving me 6 large pieces, very happy 😊

Haven't been open long but so far the food is always hot and it's leaps ahead of other fast food joints with there customer service. Super friendly team they have going on. Great work keep it up!

This chicken treat would have to be my favourite one so far, it has great food, great customer service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend🤌

Make it 10pm instead of 9pm

I ventured here after a huge night on the beers looking to fix my terrible hangover. Unfortunately, it almost made me more hungover.

When we walked in, it took us 10 minutes to get served, despite being at the front of the ordering counter. The drive-thru was slightly busy, but I would expect a fast food restaurant to be able to sustain car traffic and foot traffic at the same time. There was a young girl who decided to take her break before serving us even though she had known we had been waiting for a while, but thankfully she doubled back and took our order before eventually taking her break.

Our food came in a timely fashion, but it was not to the excellent Chicken Treat standard I've come to know and love. The chicken was crunchy and delicious on parts, but soggy on others.

Whilst eating, there were many people who came and had to wait 10-15 minutes just to have their order taken, just like us.

I can tell this is a new establishment and the young staff are only learning. This restaurant has a huge potential and I would love to see them reach that at it is close to my residence.

Staff friendly. I did notice floor was very dirty. A few tables had spilt food under them. Also a young worker came in to start his shift. He must of been a couple of minutes early so he went to sit down but the table he went to sit at had an empty drink container and food wrappers and the table was dirty. Instead of cleaning the table he went and sat on another and went on his phone. Then got up and went and started work. I was there probably another 10min and no one cleaned the table.

Probably the worst chicken roll I've ever had. The junior manager was very frustrated by technology which kept glitching and caused the wait time to be served to be long. The girl serving at counter was very helpful
when I explained I needed to be out quickly. She suggested the roll as a quick option and attended to it personally. Unfortunately she got chewed out by the grumpy manager for this. When she attempted to explain I heard him refer to me as passive aggressive and that I shouldn't get preferential treatment. I felt sorry for the girl and if I'd had time would have called him out of his office to discuss it. Enough to say, I will never spend my money there again!

Tried to call to let them know about my chicken..but no answer. So I'll post here. What's wrong with it?! Never seen a chicken breast like this in my life !! I better not get sick 14.12.23

Didn't deliver out half chicken and chips, got both our baconary burgers wrong and refused to refund us, horrid service, will not be going back. SO NOT COME HERE
