Zofia Flow Pilates

Zofia Flow is an amazing studio.!! The quality and variety of the classes is incredible. I particularly enjoyed the reformer circuit and yoga classes. The teachers are very nice and skillful. I really loved the atmosphere of the place. Thank you <3

Total Tine is the best whole body reformer based workout. Sophie work is hard and it hurts so good.

Do it do it do it!!! What a warm and welcoming environment to walk into every morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day, week or month. Every single class is taught but knowledgeable experienced teachers. Sophie the owner is so easy to communicate with and answer all of your questions. The only thing that gets me outta bed to exercise so they’re definitely doing something right !

Reformer Pilates at Zofia Flow makes me want to exercise! I have been going for over 3 months now and won’t be stopping anytime soon. The classes are varied, instructors are great and everyone is welcomed so warmly.

Zofia Flow is such an amazing studio! The environment that Soph has created is very special! From the welcoming feeling you receive from all the other ZFers to the knowledge and care from the instructors, I don’t think you’d find a studio quite like it! Soph you’re a star! 🌷

Booked a few classes while down south and it was perfect to keep my fitness levels up while on holiday or even as a regular fitness routine as was very affordable. I don’t have much experience with Pilates and Sophie made me feel so welcome and helped me out heaps to ensure I was perfecting my form and getting that burn. Loved the space and will 100% be booking again when I head down! Very impressed by the set up of the studio. Also got some super yummy raw treats, defs worth booking in!!

Soph is an awesome instructor - she's able to accomodate for any fitness level!! She always has a wide range of different class types avaliable for whatever you are feeling that day, whether it be a class to really push yourself or a class to fully relax whilst still moving your body, she's awesome at focusing on every single person to make it feel really personalised! Not to mention the great energy she brings to every single class :)

Zofia Flow is perfect for when I’m on a holiday down south! Being able to move with Soph adds something extra special to my holidays. Her classes are amazing and target the whole body while adjusting for me if ever I have pain or injury. Also - her granola cups are to die for!

Absolutely loved Soph’s Pilates and the space she has created, an amazing instructor and an amazing class no matter how little experience you may have with Pilates.
