Had already downloaded the app and set up an account earlier. Cable attached to the station. Used the CCS2 cable. No issues with charging, stopping and releasing the cable.

Good location to walk the dog around whilst getting the charge done.

Successful first time charging in a public charging station.

First time I had used a charging station. Took ages to download the app then the instructions on the app didn't match what was on the machine. Got the charger in then the machine said "finished, please place charger back" and it hadn't even started! Then the charger would not release, no button on it. Had to end up calling the help line to get it released. They said there was no record of my account which I had just created on the app! No "start charging' button on the app, every time I pressed help it went back to " no active charges."
Bloody frustrating or what just about to get dark and freezing cold. Help line got me to re-attach and put back charger another 2 times before it worked. Holy hell.
