The Forest Cafe

This cafe has a sign that says, “Best coffee on the Mountain.” I’ve not visited enough cafes here to verify this claim, however…the coffee was hot, delicious, exactly what I ordered and served with a smile. Thanks. I’ll be back and using my loyalty card.

Such a sweet little cafe with a full menu and great coffee! They also have heaps of spaces to sit and enjoy breakfast,
Brunch or lunch! Staff and super friendly and they cater to gluten free and vegetable diets!

We came here for breakfast and were blown away by how good the food was. Generous portion sizes and fresh ingredients. Better then any Cafe I have been to in Brisbane and extremely affordable. The staff were super friendly too. I would thoroughly recommend stopping in here for a meal.

Went to this cafe for lunch, had the best beef burger out! The flavour was amazing. Definitely recommended. Had a beautiful iced mocha too. The chips were amazing nicely salted and beautiful. Beautiful view of the rainforest, nice and peaceful place to eat.

Came in on a Saturday morning 9am. Plenty of seats (outdoor but undercover) at that time.

We ordered Veggie Breakfast + Mushrooms Eggs Benny. Quick service. Generous portion, taste amazing, good price for what we’ve got. Coffee is great too.

The food was absolutely delicious! Amazing eggs benedict and the halloumi was cooked perfectly. The service was fast and friendly and meals were reasonably priced. The cars driving past are the only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere. First time coming here and we will be back!

We visited a couple of times. Big breakfast was basic but tasty and good value. Coffee was good. Lunch we had the haloumi HALT which was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk from Curtis Falls via the rainforest path. Only negative is noise from road.

Enjoyed a delicious coffee & waffles at the forest cafe. Amazing & friendly team/staff, they were very accommodating for a group of 11 us - will be back soon 💕💕

Love the Forest cafe. They have macadamia milk for my coffee. A real plus as far as my coffee fix goes.
The breakfast wraps are delicious and a welcome treat for the kiddos on a busy morning. Right next door to an ice cream shop. Also next to an Opal jewelry store, for that discerning buyer.

A good luncheon, interesting menu, good food to match, reasonable price.
Street parking.
Coffee is dark roasted, not aromatic, no fruity flavours, somewhat bitter linger; not a favourite of mine.

Excellent food and service. Chicken and bacon turkish was fresh and tasty.

We went for a walk at Curtis Falls and happened to look at the reviews for the surrounding cafes. The Forest Cafe had the best ones and honestly, they weren’t wrong! The burger and milkshakes were absolutely delicious! They advertise a thickshake and it’s a real thick shake! The coffee was also great! Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this cafe! We’ll be back

Amazing food, sensational coffee and beautiful service! Even our young son who is fed via tube feeding had a good crack at the cheeseburger and said “this is the best burger ever!” 3 Vegans in the group who were also very satisfied with our meals… Will definitely be back for sure!
