Pathetic, waited over 2 hours, told they don’t do that there, then called us to come back they do, do that there… then called every day for 5 days 2 times a day trying to get results to be told they lost that sample can you do a redo … just stupid

Absolutely disgusted in your "pathologist" Polly Jones exploiting and bullying an 11 year old girl on holidays with her family. This woman is heavily medicated on anti depressants and sacked from her aged care job for ill treatment of elderly people. Yeah take this psycho on to take blood. Maybe look into your staff choices and their mental welfare. Absolutely disgusting and this will go further.

Complete waste of time! Twice!
Went there - needed a test waited almost 1.5 hours on friday afternoon - be told "I'm not authorised to do this test, come back first thing tomorrow morning"... Come back next morning, wait well over an hour to be told "we dont do this test on Saturdays"... Guess what - Monday will be to late to get the results. Worst communication. Terrible process
