The second time we've used JME and didnt hesitate contacting him again for our next challenge. Jakob responded promptly to our enquiry and put our mind at rest, not leaving until all was fixed and checked to be in working order. Very professional and knowledgeable, he filled us with confidence to keep using his service. At the risk of making him even busier than he is already and harder to get, we can only give a 5 star rating. Thanks Jakob.

Had Jakob out to relocate my hotwater service, consult on an extension, fix some taps in the bathroom, and bore camera some drains. Reasonable on pricing, very tidy work compared to the previous plumber, and was nice enough to bring my bins in off the street as it was bin day. Ive already booked him in for the next job.

Can’t recommend Jakob and the team more highly, he has been an asset for my clients within my business as well as my go to recommendation for family and friend’s whenever they need any gas and plumbing services. His work is second to none and is one of the best in the business.

I called about our hot water system at 8pm at night and they were fantastic! Tried to help me diagnose the issue and get it going again over the phone but with no luck organised to come out the next morning! Great communication and fantastic service. Highly recommend

Great same day service! We had a badly leaking tap that needed to be fixed asap and Jakob was out within a couple of hours.

Jakob was tasked with a warranty job (thru Reece) which ended up being more complicated than anticipated. He stayed well past knock off time in order to complete the job. He was careful so as to not cause any damage whilst removing the faulty basin which was well and truly glued in (another plumber had attended previously and couldn't remove the faulty item and said they may have to break our stone top, and they couldn't remove the basin). Jakob was polite and hard working. He fitted the replacement product flawlessly and was very tidy upon clean up.

I highly recommend JME Plumbing & Gas, Jakob is wonderful. We needed after hours service today ( Sunday ) for our kitchen tap. He was willing to come and help us even though 2 of 3 people in the house had Covid. He is super friendly and professional.

I have had banging pipes for the last 6 months. Had 2 plumbers come out, neither fixed the problem and the second one just told me i would have to live with the noise. I tried one more plumber, Jakob, he came out next day, knew what the problem was straight away and put in a pressure reducing valve and also fixed a leak in the ceiling and took out a random pipe . Excellent service, would rate him higher if I could.oh, and no more banging pipes.

Thank you Jakob, my hot water stopped working and he diagnosed the issue over the phone on Friday morning and came up on a Saturday night to fix my issue. Jakob was friendly and polite, I'll recommend you to everyone I know! 5 stars!!!!
