We would like to thank Adam Scholte from Wunderbar Aluminium Products for the on time delivery and fitting of our tinted double glazed doors and windows. It's great to have the heat stay inside in the winter and a cool house in the summer. One great feature is that all doors and windows are keyed alike. This means you don't have to carry extra keys around. We love our doggy door, which we had fitted by Wunderbar prior to fitting door. Thanks to Adam for suggesting it for our dogs, and it was made to suit the size of our dogs.
After talking with Adam , we decided to go with external trims around doors and windows. This certainly looks smarter and more professional. We are more than welcome to show people our product from wunderbar. Once again Adam thank you so much, Mick Smith and Sally Bamford. Benalla.

Was in there today, needed some new wheels for a couple of windows. The lovely lady's in the front could not have been more helpful and friendly. Super service, thankyou.

Terrific Job and a great price too. We got the Aliview security mesh doors and paid less than 1/3rd of what the builders quoted us to upgrade from the flywire. They look fantastic and it took no time at all.

We recently had a security door made and fitted and 3 other sliding screen doors modified to security doors.
We are very happy with the end result,the service was friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to some nice breeze during the warm summer.

Good guys helped me out with a small problem at the right price!

Nil customer service, they order off old house plans that are 18 years old as they can’t be bothered attending the property. Sell product that they said we would get 30% to 70% sound improvement, after months they finally installed 3 out of 4 panels and we had zero improvement, once final panel was installed, even their installer said there was no difference and questioned why we had been sold this product, when there was another product that they use in motels that was excellent in sound proofing!
On querying it with the salesperson he just kept telling us he would ask the rep, after numerous phone calls, emails and visits to the showroom, finally a rep came out, and wanted to give us a lesson in sound and how it works. And that our window was probably “too far from the road” to be effective! So why are the sale people selling it off the house plans, without viewing the house? He was going to come back and measure sound, and failed to ever return.
We did our own meter reading in two rooms with “zero” difference, yet Wunderbar are saying it’s not their problem, they have our money and not a product that we were told would make some sort of difference.
It’s almost been 12 months and we have now had to lodge it with Consumer Affairs, so save your money and energy, shop elsewhere!

Never there good luck getting any type of service. 4 year old windows just discovered the cheap rollers they stuck in them. I made windows 40 years ago and a much higher quality then.

I have recently purchased doubled glazed windows to replace the existing windows of my home l was very disappointed to find that the windows were covered in dry glue on questioning to the staff l was told that they were not responsipble for the cleaning of the windows and also scratches to the paint work of the aluminium frames... l spent a lots of money to have a good service which was not provided I will not recommend this business to anyone.
