White Sands Resort

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at White Sands & will definitely be returning in the future. The accommodation had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. The secluded beach is stunning & a short walk from accommodation. The deck was a perfect place to chill out. My husband and sons enjoyed the cinema. Lots of activities for a family, such as tennis, basketball court, playground, table tennis, putt putt golf and more. We missed out on eating at the restaurant as we didn't realise it shut at 6pm but we will definitely try it next time.
I look forward to our next stay.

We camped on the grounds. It was beautiful and the brewery, bar and restaurant served great eer and food.

Found by mistake. It's an amazing place to dine. So restfully. Food was great and well priced.

We had a lovely stay at White Sands Resort. We stayed in Villa no 18, it was excellent with so much space. Loved the glass doors that opened onto a large deck. The restaurant was really good with great food. The whole facility is fantastic. Will definitely be back again

We loved our stay here and we'd be back in a heartbeat if the camping was dog friendly or dog friendly rooms were available.

Stunning views, beautiful food and lovely staff. This will not disappoint the foodie, the wine lover or the spirit enthusiast.

We came mid week during our honeymoon and our visit was short. We will definitely be back for those amazing oysters and gummy shark tacos!!

It’s hard to leave a rating review for a place with so many different aspects. We stayed only one night but experienced a lot of what was on offer. Overall service was excellent. We had lunch and I had a delicious serving of flake and chips while my partner and the tacos which were kindly made vegan on request.
The tastings were fantastic value for money and the range of wines and beers were some of the best we tasted on the East Coast!
There are plenty of other activities including a pool but we went for a swim and sun bake on the beach instead which I would highly recommend.
The accommodation is probably the only weak point. $220 a night for a 2-room villa which apparently is not serviced if you stay multiple nights. Fairly basic on the inside with a tiny TV (not that you really need it ha).
Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location. We went for a wine and whisky tasting, which we throughly enjoyed. Great information available about all their products. The tasting was extremely reasonably priced and very tasty. They also have beer and other spirits available for tasting. Friendly and helpful staff. The venue itself was clean and COVID safe. Overall a 5 star experience. 😊

Amazing service by Elka in the front counter. We felt very welcomed and she was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, the chef Lauchie did an amazing job. His helper, Luke went the extra mile and they both ensured we had plenty to eat. Will definitely be coming back. Love the range of local indigenous flavours on offer and the amazing range of beverages made in house.

Great location away from the hustle of life with beautiful accommodation and ocean views. Service was fantastic on all aspects and areas of the resort. So much to keep us busy. We never turned on the tv once! Definitely going back soon.

I would give it 6 stars if I could. Tidy cabins with great views, huge balconies and a secluded beach. Had such a great couple of days here. They have a brewery/distillery on site. The tasting paddles are excellent value. No negatives. I really hope to come back.

Such a nice spot, Brewery and distillery on site. Has own private beach and staff were lovely. there was a great indoor playground for our children. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing, the infinity pool is well maintained and crystal clear with just a small walk from there are amazing beaches or kids play equipment or you could saunter into the Bar.

Great effort has Been put into making this venue very welcoming, try the beers and gins brewed and distilled on site and great restaurant with awesome view of the coast line.

Fantastic resort. Ours movies 4 times daily. Jus rode their bikes constantly. Beautiful beach to swim in. Restaurant great quality. Cheap good sized kids meals. Big cabins with massive decks.

Best place to stay on the East Coast of Tasmania. Magnificent location with long white beach frontage and crystal clear water. The unit we stayed in was vere very clean, modern and we'll maintained. Staff were really friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. White Sands Resort is a fantastic place to take your family as there is so much there to keep kids entertained. Golf putting green, fishing, basketball, tennis court, play equipment and plenty more. The food at the in-house restraunt was equisite and not having to drive anywhere after dinner allowed us to enjoy all the ironhouse beer and wine we liked.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
