Lucinda Fishing Lodge

It was my first time at Lucinda fishing lodge and its a great place to stay when you've spent all day on the water fishing.
The local pubs are great for your basics and a takeaway meal but for anything you may need but if they dont have what you need Halifax and Ingham shops is a short drive.

Its only a short drive from Townsville but it seems like another world away.

Would definitely recommend a stay as me and my family like alot of other families that stay there are returning each year as a tradition.

We have just spent the Easter weekend in one of the motel rooms. We found the room extremely spacious and comfortable and the little deck outside awesome, beautiful views! The pool was great and the staff were fantastic. My hubby went to war with the bait knife lol and even though it was over the Easter break they happily opened up the shop and gathered up anything and everything they could find to help us. He also refused payment and was just happy to help. We will be back!

Stayed here with the family for a week in one of the bungalows and had a great time. Great facilities and pool. Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks for fixing one of the skids on the trailer. Legendary. Can't wait to return.

Wow! What an amazing spot! The fishing lodge was ideal accommodation for our family of 4. Being able to leave the boat in the water was a game changer. All the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The bait and tackle shop has everything you need and all at great prices. Great spot, we will be back for sure!

This place is awesome, great facilities and a second to none location . Your own personal pontoon for the boat and the friendly owners who are more then willing to help ( thanks again for the crab cooker ) . Lucinda fishing lodge is a perfect base station for your holiday getaway. Just wished we had some more time here to explore this beautiful country. We will definitely be back.

It's located right next to the jetty for your transfer by Absolute North Charters to the island and the start of the 32 km hike.
Plus the pub across the road does great meals
The Fun Fit Adventure gang have fallen in love with this place.....

myself and 3 of my mates stayed for 4 nights. as fisho,s we were very impressed with the accom, location and host emma, even though the fish were on hollidays, we could safely leave our boat tied up at there guest only pontoon.pub was less than a minute from back door
so no drink driving .would highly recommend and we will come back

Best holiday spot in Queensland

The sunsets ,the accommodation,the location, the fishing,the view are incredible but Emma and her family are the best hosts and did everything to make sure we were happy if word gets out about this place and how truly amazing it is we will have to book years in advance it is that good.

Absolutely amazing place to stay ., the place was beautiful and clean. You will feel very welcome here and it's right on th water . We will be back soon .

Great facilities, affordable for families, relaxing and close to everything. We will definitely be back, really enjoyed our stay.
