Somerset Dam General Store

We stopped here yesterday for lunch & after hubby & our son devoured their steak sandwiches they declared they were the best they have had. My fish, chips & salad were pretty awesome too. The girls that served us were lovely & the service was prompt. Would highly recommend a visit.

Great service and lovely staff. We've ordered lunch here a bunch of times, and it's always been well cooked.

My daughter gets a big kick out of walking down to the shop on her own, and the staff have always made it a fun experience for her. Can't thank them enough for making her little adventures so exciting.

Motorcycle and veteran friendly. Hot pies on cold days and cold drinks on hot days. Relaxed atmosphere. I always stop in. Thank you all for making it worthwhile.

I recently had some beautiful home made Pumpkin soup made by Sherry. I took it home for dinner but when I gave it a taste test I couldn't stop and it never made it to dinner 😱😋

Second time to the Somerset Dam General Store for breakfast. Amazing food and coffee would highly recommend anyone in the region to drop in. Very accommodating staff and nice atmosphere.

New owners are bloody awesome! The best Burgers, you can't even wrap your laughing gear around them. That great Aussie Hospitality, which I thought was extinct, can be found here by the bucket load.

Great spot to grab a bite to eat, a coffee or cold drink, and relax! Inside and outside dining options and outside is pooch friendly. We regularly visit and the food and service is always second to none. There is also a good array of personal products in the store for those that may be camping and forgot the old shampoo or body wash!

Great service & great food, definitelythe place to stop in on your travels. One of the best steak burger/sandwiches around!

Have stopped here several times since the new owners took over.

Last stop I asked for a bacon and egg toasted sandwich. Do yourself a favour and get one of those. Bloody amazing! Extra thick bread, generous serve of bacon.
