In the past, I had never enjoyed a massage and when I was gifted a voucher, I reluctantly booked an appointment with Paul. My first massage was slightly painful, however afterwards I felt very relaxed. After a few massages and appreciating the tremendous benefits of a massage, I have now become a regular client. Paul is a communicative and caring professional who is genuinely focused on improving the health and wellbeing of his clients. He has helped me immensely to relieve my muscle tension, improve my sleep patterns and to generally feel energised. Thank you Paul, you are brilliant!

I have been having regular massages at Just Breathe for quite a while now. I have ongoing chronic pain issues in my upper back. My massage yesterday helped me so much that today is the first day in a long, long time that I have had relief from the pain. I have tried everything without too much success. I am a long term client and very pleased with Paul’s massage and professional demeaner. Recently he has been paying extra attention to an old knee injury that I am also having Physio work on. His specific massage on this knee is giving me good pain relief and contributing strongly to the knee’s general rehabilitation. The pre massage sauna is also a healthy, relaxing accompaniment.

I’m a long term client of Just Breathe and continue to rate Fiona and Paul highly. Both are skilled in their practice and have helped me get through/recover from many stressful and physical injuries. I’d also recommend having the sauna then massage - bliss!

Very friendly, helpful staff. The sauna takes a bit of getting used to but is well worth using before a massage as it helps warm all your muscles up and makes the massage more effective. Highly recommend
