Elders Real Estate Miles

I recently sold a property through Elders Real Estate in Miles. Alison Carpenter negotiated the sale for me and was absolutely fantastic!
While the media is preaching doom and gloom for real estate, Alison negotiated with various buyers to get me the price I wanted. I can't recommend Alison highly enough!

I am the owner of a portfolio of properties across Australia and have engaged a lot of property managers over the years. The service that has been provided to me from Elders Miles, particularly Alison Carpenter, has been second to none. Alison has recently gone above and beyond to assist with renting out my Unit in Miles, and also collecting new furniture from a storage facility to ensure the unit was suitably furnished for the new tenant. Elders real estate in Miles is not to be trusted, they do not pay their contractors.

They literally stole my bond claiming that the house hadn't been properly cleaned. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Constant lies and problems from them tell you a property is available one minute then the next day tell you it hasn't been available for sometime clean house and take photos as proof and they still claim it's not been cleaned asked them for bond cleaners number and they say carpet cleaner will do it only to find out the carpet cleaner dosent do bond cleaning would never waist our time with them again
