Tambo Caravan Park

My husband & I as well as our little dog stayed in a cabin here for two nights in June
Tanya our host was lovely & went above & beyond to make us welcome.
The cabin was beautifully clean & well appointed. The whole park & facilities were well kept, clean & tidy.
Plenty of area to walk the dog, walking distance to town & pubs.
We will definitely stay here again if passing through Tambo.

We came to this caravan park by a late change of plans the night before. The lady manager of the park was very helpful she said to my husband there was no need for a deposit just turn up if you like the place you pay when you arrive. Well it was a great place to stay, clean, excellent friendly service we got shown where to park the Cub camper, and where the amenities were. The bathrooms with integrated showers and toilets were newly installed and were immaculately clean. The common kitchen area was outstanding with lots of items for food preparation and cooking. The morning we left (today)was very cold and the camp stove heater in the common area, was pumped up with a great fire going as early as 6am. This is a beautiful place to stay, great atmosphere in a great clean town. We would love to visit again this place. Best wishes to the management from Harold and Alicia

Owners are lovely.
And the chicken bus picks you up and drops you home after.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and were made to feel welcome from the moment we rolled in. Tanya was an amazing host!! She helped us choose the best spot for our rig, gave us a mini tour of the facilities (camp kitchen, rest rooms and laundry) and told us about the latest happenings in town. As the new owners of this park, it's obvious how much they care for Country, their work, their patrons and their role in their community. The park was absolutely spotless as were the amenities and camp kitchen. It's such a pleasure to support regional business and more importantly, the legendary people behind them. Thank you Tanya and team for a lovely stay and such a warm welcome - we will be sure to visit again the next time we're in town! :)

Great camp kitchen and toilets and showers - all very clean.
Sites are well maintained.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Cannot say enough about this Park and its owners. An outback style park. Meticulously clean, great camp kitchen, very clean ensuite style bathrooms, they even provide bat mats.
Assisted with parking and connecting van, and then drove me into town, and picked me up, as I had a big day and did not feel like cooking.
Owners on site so welcome you whatever time you arrive, no 5pm office closures

A fantastic park with new amenities and camp kitchen. First class in all regards and only a 5 minute walk to the famous Tambo Chook Races/pub. Sites are flat and large, plenty of room for all. Tanya is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a great overnighter. Helen and Colin had the owners caravan for the night because the cabins were taken and I put up my tent. Bathrooms were great and the the camp kitchen was the best. Spotless clean and well located.

Tanya and Cliff have completely revived this park. Best shower I’ve had in weeks (love a bath mat supplied).
Everything beautifully clean and hosts can’t do enough for you. We were going to stay for one night but upped it to 3 to enjoy the facilities and the lovely little town.

Awesome spot! Most lovely & accomodating staff. Ammenities are spotless & camp grounds are very well kept. Happy for us to have our dogs too. Will definitely be back!

A lovely experience, I would definitely stay again. Cliff and Tania were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The new amenities block are clean and the ensuite bathrooms are a lovely change to the usual caravan park set up.

Lovely caravan park. As we arrived the lady came to help us park our caravan on our site and that was a great help with a long van. The amenities and camp kitchen are absolutely spotless. I would definitely recommend this caravan park.

Excellent facilities. Shared Toilet/shower units are enclosed en-suite style -no drafts. Free washing machine facilities. Camp kitchen has all appliances. AND cheapest overnight rate we have had all trip. Drive through sites.

Staying 3 days over Xmas, beautiful lush green grass everywhere, not just sporadic, and new facilities, better than anywhere I've been, other campers agreed, 2 dogs and no prickles and wonderful nearby places to run them. Kind and lovely owners, not manager's, so easy to relate and obviously love to share the towns history and amenities. Kindness is free and I was suffocated by it; what a relief and a fantastic break from reality. Swam in the dam, ate, laughed and had a beautiful break. Thankyou so much. Made missing my daughter who is travelling in Broome, so much easier to enjoy my own break

Beautiful green grassy sites, wonderful amenities, and Tanya was so very helpful. We will definitely be back again!!!

Great stopover and fills up fast. Tanya and Cliff are doing a great job. Amenities block is so clean and also has free washing machine. Bit of noise from the hwy but didn’t worry us.

Great CP. Friendly staff, very new and clean amenities. Great camp kitchen. Park is well set out and walking distance from town and the pub with chicken races.
