Zane Dick has been looking after the electrical and air conditioner requirements for our rental properties in Bundaberg for many years. I can send him a text or email and the request is dealt with quickly and he always follows up if there is a major issue to deal with.

Being remote from Bundaberg and having someone we trust to do the job quickly and charge what we feel is an appropriate amount is invaluable.

There is also feedback on the quality of the properties and how the tenants are looking after our asset which is reassuring.

Zane and his team have always been professional, reliable and competitive. Is always up to date with the latest building code rules and provides excellent advice.

Not satisfied. I contacted this company for a quote on a small job, but they never replied. Instead of replying, they rocked up at my front door (when I wasn’t home), completed the works, and have since been invoicing me for work that I (A). Never received a quote for, and (B). Never consented to occurring. I wasn’t in a rush for the works to be completed and intended to seek other quotes, or at the very least, communicate with someone from the company before they showed up at my doorstep. Will be contacting FairTrade to understand my rights in this situation before paying my bill 🙁😞
