A colleague recommended Steve - a Bowen Therapist who works with our fascia - the connective tissue of our body. She said he was miraculous. Steve certainly met that high praise. I had badly injured my lower back. I walked out relieved of pain and feeling comfortable. As well, my carpel tunnel syndrome which was waking me up many times was so diminished I could sleep throughout the night. He is indeed a great healer.

I’d never had Bowen therapy before so I didn’t know what to expect or if it would help me but I had two sessions with Steve and I feel fantastic. My aches and pains are gone and Steve was highly professional and knowledgeable. I’ll certainly be booking in with Steve again.

I've just had my second session with Steve, for both shoulder bursitis and a repetitive strain injury to my right knee. Steve is a wealth of knowledge about the human body and mixes bowen therapy with his own lymph clearing techniques to allow your body to heal itself over time. Very relaxing sessions with significant improvement to both areas over the course of a week post session.

I have had regular visits with Steve for several years now. His therapy has assisted me on all levels to keep me in balance. Most recently I sustained an injury on the right side of my neck and shoulder while lifting a heavy dresser up and down stairs. One treatment with Steve gave me instant relief. To this day I am pain free and have complete mobility. I highly recommend regular treatments. Don't wait till you are in pain, your body will thank you. Steve is a gift, I can't thank him enough. My family and I have been seeing Steve for many years now. I have had other Bowen treatments in the past and have always described what Steve does as "Beyond Bowen". He really does some incredible work with the body on so many levels. Ive been seeing Steve for many years, hes helped me with many different issues. I had morning sickness quite severe with my second daughter, he fixed it! He came to see me in the hospital after having my daughter and helped get rid of excess fluud build up and drug residue in my body...that was a powerful experience. i just saw him today after my back started really bothering me, and he shifted the pain to a more manageable experience, and i knew that even though i still had pain it was being given a channel to move out, on its way to faster healing. I had 3 treatments for related pain to carpal tunnel syndrome, my last resort before surgery. Well Steve worked his magic and I'm pain free. I no longer need to make that surgeon appointment.

After a few months of carrying a debilitating pain in my shoulder, I was finally convinced to give Steve’s Bowen Therapy a try. I didn’t know what to expect and it certainly was a different experience but I can honestly say I was blown away immediately after my first treatment. Within 3 days, the pain was almost completely gone and I was able to use my arm again without cringing. I will go back for a second time to ensure the treatment is complete. I recently sustained a painful left knee injury (May 2020) which impaired my ability to walk comfortably or to flex without pain and swelling. It kept catching, particularly during encounters with stairs. My left hip then started aching and my right knee also became painful as my muscles and body tried to compensate for the change in my decreased left knee range of movement. I could feel my lower back starting to tighten up also as a result. One visit to Stephen had me walking more comfortably , and the left hip ache resolved...a second visit a week later, resulted in further improvements. I now have no swelling, and my range of movement is almost back to normal. I have already recommended Stephen to several nursing colleagues and friends. His skill set and delivery are commendable.

I have been struggling for over 10 years with bouts of vertigo, this current one lasting over 4 weeks. A friend recommended Steve to which I am so thankful. I have been telling everyone I know about Steve and the amazing work he does. I suffered plantar fasciitis for months and spent a fortune on doctors, podiatrists, equipment, acupuncture and physio sessions. A friend highly recommended Steve and, being at my wit's end, I decided to give him a go. The first session felt weird with some light palpate and some painful lymph node work but I felt immediate results. I woke up the next morning with heaps of pain relief and after three sessions my feet were fine. I have since been back just when I have been stiff and sore and love the instant release of tension. Massages feel nice but Steve's Therapy gives amazing results.

After years of working a very physical job I needed someone to help me particularly for my shoulders, one treatment from Stephen and I felt amazing! Was like a detoxification, take few weeks of treatments but ... yes no more pain !

I have never had Bowan treatment before and I was having really bad back , hip , shoulder ,knee and foot pain which was also affecting my mental well-being and mindset I was having some really tough days mentally by not only being unable to exercise but i was in continuous pain as well .. . so I thought I’d pop in and see what Steve could do for me ... admittedly I also thought good luck with fixing all that!
It did take a few visits as my lymphatic gland was really really seriously blocked however by and on my 4 th visit I immediately felt that my body parts were once again communicating to each other and I could literally feel the blood flowing better throughout my whole body
I no longer have back , hip,shoulder,knee or foot pain , I am able to exercise again and my mental state is also in a better place ... i am so grateful of Stevens expertise and care ... you have made such a huge difference to my life thank you 🙏

I was referred to Stephen from a friend and had never heard of Bowen therapy. I am so happy that I found this kind of therapy, it has been a very long time since I have felt relief from my back pain and headaches. I have tried many other therapies, until now I only had short term relief, Stephen was able to relieve my pain and help keep it away. I highly recommend Stephen.

I took my extremely unsettled 5 week old baby to see steve, she was having problems with reflux and wind. In two very easy sessions he helped her and us tremendously. He worked very gently and calmly with a screaming baby and completely relaxed her!!! after those sessions i had a changed baby. no more frantic screaming or having trouble with reflux and wind !!!!!

The most amazing treatment I've ever received. I came to see Stephen because I blocked my back so bad that I couldn't walk. In ONE treatment he relieves the pain and I was able to walk again.
