Great personalised service from a local company. I am totally off-grid and recently I was having a problem with my lithium battery (which was NOT purchased from them). Mercer from Rainbow Power Company visited my house and checked out my system and determined that the said battery was faulty. RPC provided me with a backup battery for three weeks until I could get a new battery under warranty. I am very grateful . . RPC saved my day, my comfort and a fridge load of food.

We've just had a great new system installed by Rainbow Power Company - it needed to mesh with some existing panels and the Team were truly professional on all counts - from initial contact to final handover of the system. Very confident in the work of RPC from design to installation being of a high standard and with a long warranty - you wouldn't want or trust anything less!! The installation team were always on top of their game and went through everything after the start up of the system and even fixed things on our home going the extra yards beyond their time and duties making sure we were happy customers, thank you Toby, Charlie and Kitorie.

The electrician Toby did a remarkably neat job with wiring and installation of the batteries.

I had my solar system installed in the last two months. The team were super friendly and personal and helped me to understand how my system would work and why certain panels and inverters are recommended. The installation was quick and easy. The system is working fantastically and I have been so impressed by the services we have received from all of their staff. We know we can call the RPC if we ever need and I have a great app set up now with my premium panels so I can look at how much power we are generating daily. I am very grateful to them and happy that we went ahead with this company above any others. These guys certainly know what they are doing, and have great products.

I love Rainbow Power. Ultimately decided to go with them because they have been around for so long and unlikely to disappear if requiring support in the future. We got our system installed about 3 years ago. That process was easy, friendly and patient as we phaffed about with our decision. The service and support since (actually, only required it once) was responsive and helpful. Recently we just added to our battery storage, and again, absolutely can't complain. They know their products and what else is out there, they care and they're not pushy. :) it's awesome been off grid!

An excellent company providing state of the art equipment and first rate customer service. I had Rainbow Power install a system on my house 12 years ago, and its has been a money-saving (actually money making in the old days at 60 cents feed in), problem free system.

We just had Rainbow Power instal a system at our present house. I was pleased that the superior customer service I experienced 12 year ago was still there, and the company had kept up with new technology, such that this system is even more impressive (and less expensive in capital cost) than the last one.

We've had a new off grid solar system installed by Rainbow Power Company in late 2019. Just recently we've had some severe weather events and our power system went down on a Sunday afternoon. We called them for help and an after hours technician was on the phone within a short time and talked us through the procedure to reset the system... we're still learning :-) When it happened again recently and this reset approach did not work, Rainbow Power sent a solar technician out the next day to our place which is more than a 2 hour drive away. We are very impressed with their customer care and follow up. Indeed, everyone I talk to about our experience says the same. Thanks guys for getting us out of trouble so quickly!

I recently bought a 12V sensor for my outdoor lighting system from RPC. I misread the wiring instructions and contacted the firm, seeking some after sales support. I was contacted by Ray and with his assistance (and patience and persistence with all my questions) resolved the issue. SO I now have a sensor working exactly as advertised.
I was very impressed with the follow up I received and the attitude exhibited to a problem with a not very expensive product. It shows a high degree of professionalism and passion. I have no hesitation in recommending the Rainbow Power Company.
