Reg is the go to man for both commercial and domestic coffee machine repairs. He has fixed 3 to 4 different machines for me over the last 5 years. Highly recommended and trusted. Reg is the absolute opposite to the incompetent person who attempted to fix my Pavoni by using old seals and then putting them in upside down! Rex came to the rescue, pulled apart my machine, documented his work with photos, and then put it together again with new fabulous silicon seals. Bliss!

This review may seem over the top but I really want to make the point that Reg is in an entirely different category. Sadly, I have paid a couple of hundred dollars for very shoddy workmanship from other local businesses who insisted they could repair coffee machines. Reg is very different: he can actually fix and service coffee machines. And he confidently guarantees his work.

Rex was able to check the problem I was having with my machine at home and give me an honest opinion in the cost to repair or replace. Would highly recommend.

I do not recommend anyone using this guy. He will rip you off and insult you. We paid him $200 in good faith to fix our coffee grinder. But when we went to use it for the first time, the grind settlings were too coarse to make a coffee, so we reduced the settings to a finer grind and the grinder jammed straight away. He was difficult to contact and took months to get back to us when we rang to make a complaint. When he did get in touch, he said there was a bigger issue than he initially thought. We asked for our money back as the machine didn’t work when he said he repaired it for us. He refused. He was rude and blamed us and the brand of the machine.
