Great isolated campgroup, each site has its own table and campfire/cooktop. Main camp-site has a great covered area and cook/camp-fire... Picnic area near creek has 2 sites an another covered area. Multiple long drop toilets well situated but not 'too' close to any 1 site.

Just had an overnight camp here. Great spot in the forest. Plenty of birdlife and some critters.

Highly recommend.

Drop toilets and little water. Great creek.

Easy drive in.

Bring the insect repellent and lots of firewood. Large campsites and easy parking. Fantastic shallow rocky creek at the day area, well suited to explorers of all ages.

Claims of 15 camp site's are false
Only 4 designated camp site's
One is tiny with no fire option
The other 3 are ok size and could fit a couple tent's within them

However one of the largest site's has pretty uneven ground with fairly large rock's
Composting toilets but that's it as far as amenities go
Need to bring own drinking water and firewood
Marsh flies are pretty crazy and you will do alot of hand slapping
No sunscreen or insect repellent to be warn when going into the creek to protect it's clarity
I've seen people take caravans but the road in isn't really suitable and the camp ground doesn't provide parking area big enough
Best to stick to tent camping
Avoid using Cox's road unless in a 4wd
The surrounding sub tropical rainforest and creek are beautiful
I've enjoyed the times I've camped here but note the actual camping area is limited and not great
U can't book a spot here online either
So u could drive along way to find no space available

Too dense bush made it claustrophobic. Couldnt stay, dissapointing after a long drive there. Nicely set up, though, just not good for me even though we were the only campers there.
