Telopea Park

One of the most relaxing parks. Has everything needed.
Toilets were good. Rest area for adults was good.
Kids enjoy the space and equipments.
A large ground in closed gates is an advantage too.

the kids park within is clean and new with modern toilet facilities, park benches, exercise machine areas and free WiFi! huge firetruck play area to keep the little ones busy (they can even light it up by turning knobs etc) good for infant's and toddlers aswell as older ages. flying fox, swings, two play areas for the really little ones to escape the bigger ones.
a memorial to the two brave fire fighters who lost their lives in the fires in buxton.
highly recommend.
just across from the rail road where you might be lucky enough to see the steam train come through.

Telopea Park is a beautiful park and open space suitable for play, picnics, sport and exercising. It is currently being refurbished by Wollondilly Council with new toilet facilities which were built in 2019 and a new children's play ground including a flying fox which was installed in early 2020. There are also three new exercise stations positioned around the park which compliments the already existing field, cricket net practice area and basketball half court. Looking forward to the next stage of refurbishments Wollondilly Council have planned which will enhance the park even more.

Great place for the kids,plenty of shade,equipment and picnic facilities.

There is a playground, barbeques and tables, ample seating and a skate park.
But just a reminder that this park is dedicated to the RFS and the brave firefighters who gave their all in the 2019 bush fires.
We will always remember yours - and your family's - sacrifice.

Nice park with swings, seating, tables, basketball court, cricket pitch and toilets with tall trees on western side helps with blocking out sun

This park is great for kids of more than one age group. It has a park and play area, toilets, a half basketball court, soccer goals and gym equipment areas. There are also bbqs and a water refill station. A lovely place.

This park was awesome. Great for kids and very fun. Highly recommended.

A fabulous park for the kids. Lots of equipment with heaps of variety! Just got to watch that the little ones don't run out in front of the flying fox!

I think this is a great Park it has good play equipment and lots of them. It also has lots of grass area to run and play. This is my favourite park in my local area.

Kids play area is great.
It's also a great tribute to the 2 RFS Volunteers that lost their lives saving the local residents of Buxton.

Ideal place for adults and children. On line to the steam museum at Thirlmere, steam train stop regularly during school holidays.

Nice lil park play equipment for the kids benches and seats for the adults soccer field and cricket nets also has amenities nice place to stop for lunch

Great local park that the grandkids love, especially the fire engine & wire ride.

Its the park in Buxton NSW & there good play equipment for the kids & a memorial for our lost fire-fighters in 2019 we will remember them always
