Miles Outback Motel

Great hotel! Perfect spot to stay when travelling down the highway. Mark is very accommodating and a joy to deal with. He was able to arrange two late checks ins last minute. Couldn’t recommend more!

“The manager of this establishment went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. After I injured my toe, I simply requested a Band-Aid. However, upon seeing the severity of the injury, he promptly called an ambulance to provide proper care. Remarkably, we hadn’t even explained the gravity of our situation or why we had stopped there. His compassionate response made our predicament feel significantly less painful. To our surprise, he even upgraded us to a family room at the same price as the one we had originally booked. This absolute down-to-earth gentleman comes highly recommended. If you’re passing through Miles or simply need a comfortable, clean bed for the night, consider staying at the Outback Motel.” 🌟🏨🛌

Excellent motel. Have stayed here 3 or 4 times and will continue to stay here. I've also stayed at 3 other motels in Miles. It's a good stop over on our visits to family.
Our room was very clean, set out and comfortable. I've never had any issues with noise or anything.

What a little gem. Simple, clean. Some rooms are separated by a connecting garage which is brilliant for early travelling. You don’t have to try to keep quiet to not disturb your next door neighbours. Love the bathroom. Simple and very workable. Fantastic hot water for a cold morning shower. Sensible pricing…..

We’ll definitely come back here when we go through this way. Hate the Bruce Highway. Much better way for towing and froing north and south. Home is north, family are south…..

This place is perfect for a nights stay or a few days if travelling, its well priced and pets are allowed which is a bonus.
Its hard to find many motels/hotels around Australia which allow pets, and as i love travelling with my dog its amazing when you do find somewhere that accepts them and isn't ridiculously expensive. This is an old motel so you can't expect the bells and whistles, it has everything you need plus a garage for your car! The man i spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful.
Highly recommend this place if you are in Miles!

Clean and spotless rooms and manages are very friendly and helpful.

Great spot to stay, free laundry (with dryer) and great sized family room! Perfect second room with a chair making it easy for nursing or cuddling kids. Good sized shower in the bathroom too! Highly recommend!

We were alittle unsure of the accommodation because of the name, yet it was the best motel to stay overnight. The room and bathroom are small however very clean and comfortable beds. The owners show they care about their guests as the rooms are well looked after. Pool out the back.

Room are basic but clean, they were very accommodating as we had a large trailer that didnt fit in the garages, pet friendly.

Stayed in a family room. Was Good sized comfortable room that felt clean and fresh. Had read a bad review about unfriendly management before i stayed. Not sure what that was about ,as my wife and i found them very friendly and they went out of their way with anything we needed. Have never bothered writing a review before but felt like they deserved it.

What a great motel! Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds - great layout. I found all the staff to be very helpful and efficient - going above and beyond to make my stay a great experience. Will definitely stay again, and would highly recommend the Miles Outback Motel to anyone passing through Miles.

Stayed overnight on a road trip to Melbourne. Couldn't be more hospitable given I arrived late and without a booking.

Very comfortable room with good amenities. Breakfast as ordered on time.

Great place to stay blew me away everything provided shampoo body soap also had your own private lockable roller door for your car so handy and peace of mind. Staff really nice and helpful

Great place great price.

If only all motels were designed this way: solid brick and with a lock up garage between each room, so no chance of being woken up by an insomniac next door watching TV at 3 am. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I'd stay here again.
